Conditions of Acceptance

This ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission at management’s discretion upon refund of the purchase price, and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from facility, without compensation, should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management’s rules or regulations. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the game or event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the same, including, without limitation, injury from thrown or batted balls, bats or other objects, acts of others, etc. Holder agrees that the facility, city, promoter, organization, agents, participants, league, teams, players, and/or related persons are not responsible or liable for any injuries, expenses, claims or liabilities resulting from or related to such causes. Holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description or picture of this game or event. Breach of the foregoing terminates this license. Holder grants permission to the facility and organization sponsoring this game or event and their designees to utilize the holder’s image or licenses in connection with any broadcast or other reproduction of this game or event.

Rain Check

If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the 5th inning, all tickets for reserved seats can be redeemed at the ticket office for any other game remaining in the regular season, based on availability. If a game is rained out prior to the gates opening, all Kennel Klub tickets can be redeemed at the ticket office for any game remaining in the regular season, based on availability. If the rainout occurs two hours and thirty minutes (2.5) after the gates have opened, regardless of how much of the game has been played, all Kennel Klub tickets will be considered used and have no value. All ticket holders agree that once the game has been played beyond the required five (5) innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value at the ticket office.
